原料:
鲜蘑菇250克,豆腐皮150克。 ,生油2大匙,生抽1大匙,蒜3粒,葱之条,盐和料酒适量,胡椒粉和味精少许。
制作:
1.鲜菇洗净对半切开;豆腐皮切条;葱切段,蒜拍扁。
2.将生油放入锅内烧热,爆香葱白和蒜;倒入鲜菇和豆腐皮翻炒;
3、加生抽和盐,烹入料酒,调入胡椒粉及味精拌匀,最后放青葱段翻炒几下即可。
