原料：
鲜汁白豆腐干200克 龙井茶3克 茶油5克
制法：
豆腐干切成丝，放入沸水里烫一下，捞出沥干水分；龙井茶用1000克80℃的开水冲泡3分钟后，滗出茶汤，将豆腐干丝放入茶汤内浸泡2小时后，捞出沥干水分，再加入茶油和泡好的茶叶，拌匀装盘即可。（此菜因豆腐干本身有盐味，所以不用放盐。）
