殊能将之(shuno masayuki)，推理小说作家。1964年出生于日本 褔井县，名古屋大学理学部肄业，后曾任职于出版制作公司，笔名来自中国 屈原的楚辞《天问》篇。
1999年以谜题独特的《剪刀男》出道，获得第十三届梅菲斯特奖，翌年(2000)再发表另一部以挑战横沟正史小说为基础的长篇推理《美浓牛》。相对于之前大部分的梅菲斯特奖得主，殊能将之的作品风格较为平易近人。
其作品数量虽少，但以特殊的作风获得读者热烈支持，在梅菲斯特奖作家作家支持度等网络票选中总是名列前茅。
著作尚有以私家侦探石动戏作为主角的系列作品《美浓牛》、《黑之佛》、《孩子王》（麦田，迷思少年系列）等。
