性质:又称全取向丝。由超高速熔体纺丝制得高取向卷绕丝。纤维取向度高,染色性好,不匀率低、卷装大。纺丝卷绕速度为5500~6000m/min,甚至高达7000~8000m/min。即在高张力下纺丝,使纺丝拉伸加大,导致纤维高度取向。但由于结晶粒子较大,非晶区取向不完善,存在内应力,使纤维断裂伸长较大(40%左右)。不能满足服用纤维要求,不能直接用于纺织加工。若经补充后拉伸或在纺丝卷绕前经热定型,可用于加工仿丝绸织物和变形丝。
