In this paper, h-BN ceramic and h-BN based ceramics, including h-BN+SiC, h-BN+SiC+SiO2, were fabricated by combustion synthesis, which also called Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis (SHS), in the super-high nitrogen pressure (100MPa).
本文采用燃烧合成的方法,在100MPa高压氮气压力下制备了h-BN陶瓷及h-BN基陶瓷致密材料,包括h-BN、h-BN+SiC、h-BN+SiC+SiO2。
