制法:

1.玉米棒子洗净,切成1厘米宽的月芽块;酒酿对入少量清水,加入白糖调匀成酒酿汁。

2.把切好的玉米棒子装入盆中,倒入酒酿汁,用保鲜膜封严,入锅蒸熟,取出,晾凉后稍冰镇,即可食用。
