性质:是用等离子喷涂技术在医用金属钛或其合金表面加涂羟基磷灰石所制得的医用涂层材料。主要用于承力部位的硬组织修复和替换,如制作人工种植牙、关节柄和接骨板等。由于表面涂层赋予了表面生物活性,植入骨内后能与骨直接形成骨键合,手术中可不用骨水泥固定。为使涂层能在生物环境中保持稳定和涂层-基体界面具有足够的结合强度,要求涂层的羟基磷灰石含量达90%以上并具有高的结晶度。另外,钴基合金也可作为这种涂层材料的基材。
