性质:粉晶X射线衍射峰的增宽,若不计及X射线光束的不平行性及其他仪器因素,主要取决于晶样颗粒的线度尺寸D(h*k*l*)与布拉格衍射角θnh*, nk*, nl*,以弧度为单位的2θ衍射峰的半高宽B(2θ)与D和θ间有下列Scherer关系式:B(2θ)=kλ/Dcosθ式中λ为X射线波长,常数K值近于0.89。显然,衍射峰宽B与D成反比,并随θ增加而增宽。线度在(5×102)~104nm范围晶粒的粉晶样可给出明锐的衍射弧线,线度在10~200nm范围的微晶,其衍射峰则将给出明显的增宽现象。
