Al_2O_3/SiC nano-composites was sintered at 1 550~1 750 ℃,and Al_2O_3 powder with sub-micron scale in size was used as matrix material,two kinds of SiC nano-powder with the size of 20 nm and 150 nm respectively as strengthening phases in this experiment.
采用平均粒径为20nm和150nm的SiC粉作为增强相,基体粉为亚微米的Al2O3粉(美国产),在1550~1750℃无压烧结,制备了Al2O3/SiC纳米复相陶瓷并对其显微结构和断裂韧性之间的关系进行了研究。
