      钢铁生产过程中产生的粉尘或尘泥,如烧结粉尘,高炉煤气灰、泥,转炉尘泥和氧化铁皮等。在一般情况下,含铁粉尘和氧化铁皮量约占钢产量的 6~10%。粉尘大部分颗粒很细,常含有铅、锌和碱金属氧化物等有害杂质,要污染环境,应予回收利用。
  
  钢铁厂通常回收的含铁粉尘的化学成分及粒度组成(%)例示如表。
  
  通过除尘设施回收的含铁粉尘,需经造块,有些杂质,如ZnO等,也要在处理过程中排除,才能利用。其工艺主要有三:①金属化球团法。金属化率和脱锌率都在90%以上,可充分利用粉尘中的炭,燃料消耗较低。②烧结法。将脱锌后的高炉尘泥与转炉泥、烧结灰混合造球,作为烧结配料进入烧结机。烧结法流程简单,粉尘中所含的炭在烧结中得到利用,但脱锌率较低(75%)。③氧化球团法。企业设有球团厂,而粉尘含锌较低时,可作为球团原料使用。
