对于长度与直径之比大于25的细长轴,最难解决的是刚性问题,本例采用反向切削方式、一夹一顶装夹方法及蘑菇头销子增加刚性和弹性刀杆减小变形等措施,成功地加工出长径比达54的长丝杠,达到图纸的设计要求。

头式(head orientation)根据昆虫口器的不同朝向而划分的头型。一般可分为三种头式:①下口式.头部与身体纵轴垂直或近乎垂直，颜面朝向前方，口器向下。多发生在植食性昆虫，如蝗虫、蛾蝶类幼虫。②前口式。头部与身体纵轴呈水平或钝角，颜面朝向背方，口器向前。多发生在捕食性或上领有特殊功能的昆虫，如步甲及其幼虫。③后口式。头部与身体纵轴呈锐角，颜面向后倾斜，口器向后，位于前足基节之间。常见于同翅类昆虫。 (虞佩玉)
