In this paper, the parameters of supersonic plasma spraying Fe-based coatings were optimized according to orthogonal design method, 9 orthogonal experiments were conducted.
结果表明喷涂参数可以在很大程度上影响涂层的性能,通过综合评分对涂层的综合性能进行了分析,得到了超音速等离子喷涂制备铁基涂层的优化参数,并进行了追加验证实验,结果表明正交优化提高了再制造涂层的综合性能。
