fenChen ChUll粉尘处理(disPosal of dust)消除粉尘对环境的污染并使其得到综合利用的过程。粉尘通常是由于物料的破碎、研磨、筛分、输送、堆放等机械过程或其他机械处理而产生的1一200拜m左右的微粒。冶金工业生产过程中产生的粉尘有含铁粉尘和非含铁粉尘两大类。诸如焦煤粉、耐火粉尘、烧结矿粉尘等，这类微粒只是原固体物的变细，其化学成分并未改变。粉尘是一种主要的大气污染物，影响作业环境，对呼吸系统和眼睛等的危害很大。 为了消除粉尘对环境的污染和减少资源的浪费，需要设置除尘系统，对粉尘的发生源进行控制。在冶金生产中，粉尘的来源不同，处理方式也不同。含铁粉尘的处理与含铁尘泥处理相同。非含铁粉尘主要来自石灰石、镁砂、以及煤的破碎、粉碎设备除尘系统的粉尘，焦炉的挡焦车、焦车、焦仓、焦破碎筛分、焦转运站、粉焦槽和干熄焦等除尘系统的粉尘。这些粉尘都是很好的原料或燃料，主要送回料仓回收利用。 (董保街)
