【生产资料价格统计】它是生产资料市场价格变动状况的统计。国家统计局编工业品出厂价格指数，主要原材料、燃料、动力购进价格指数;中国人民银行编生产资料消费者价格指数;物资部门编主要生产资料价格指数。中国人民银行编制生产资料价格指数的目的和任务在于，全面及时地掌握生产资料价格总水平和变动总趋势，为正确判断信贷资金占用状况，评价资金使用效益，确定信贷规模和资金投向提供信息，为制定货币政策和确定适度的货币供应量提供依据，以发挥银行对宏观经济调节控制作用。中国人民银行生产资料消费者价格指数按月编制。指数系列包括总指数、大类指数、小类指数，大类指数包括原材料类价格指数、燃料动力类价格指数;原材料类价格指数有10个小类指数:黑色金属材料、有色金属材料、化工材料、建筑材料和非金属矿、纺织材料、木材、造纸业、食品业、农副产品、其他。以上总指数、大类指数、小类指数均编有定基指数、月同期比(月年距环比)指数、月环比指数。
