性质:采用溶剂将气瓶内壁的污染物除掉。几乎所有的碳氢基污染物都能用液态水溶物或有机溶剂冲洗掉。可以采用水溶液(硅酸钠溶液)或碱溶液洗涤,清洗后立即干燥。较好的洗涤方法是,用装好碱溶液的蒸气喷枪,插入气瓶底部射入碱溶液15~30min,溶液从气瓶内溢出将污染物带走。被油或碳氢化合物污染的气瓶,90%以上的污染物可用有机溶剂处理干净,但不能用四氯化碳冲洗,因为它系剧毒溶剂。清洗之后,必须烘干,塞住瓶口。
