性质:通过一定的工艺技术,可以制备出具有更高分子量级的(更高门尼值的)顺丁橡胶,在胶液凝聚前再在其中混入25~50份的填充油,以代替顺丁橡胶的低分子量级分,再经凝聚、脱水、干燥、成型制成成品,这种充油后的顺丁橡胶即为充油顺丁橡胶。充油顺丁橡胶使顺丁橡胶加工性能得到了改善,提高了加工设备的生产能力,降低动力消耗,同时提高了制品的冲击弹性,动态生热亦有所降低,胶料挤出物外观光滑发亮。由于填充油的价格远较丁二烯低,并可提高炭黑用量,因而可降低加工成本。更重要的是,充油顺丁橡胶改善了抗湿滑性能。
