kuangwu de yonghua yu rongJ一e矿物的氧化与溶解(oxidation and Solution盯minerals)矿物的氧化指硫化矿物受到空气和水中氧的作用,表面发生氧化,生成含氧化合物。例如,黄铁矿氧化生成HZSO;、FeSO4、Fe:(50、)3等;方铅矿、闪锌矿等氧化生成相应金属的硫酸盐。控制矿物的氧化对浮选过程有重要的意义,硫化矿物过分氧化会降低它的可浮性,以致影响浮选指标。矿物的溶解与氧化有密切关系。硫化矿物氧化之前难溶于水,氧化后产物在水中易于溶解。大多数氧化矿物和硅酸盐矿物难溶于水。盐类矿物,如:磷灰石、白钨矿、萤石、重晶石、j]’解石等,它们的溶解度低于岩盐、钾盐等单盐矿物,但高于大多数氧化矿物和硅酸盐矿物。由于自然界矿物的溶解,导致自然水中常含有Na+、K+、CI一、6之‘、Mg洲、s(篮一、HCO牙、C(蜷一等离子,矿坑水中还有N():、NOZ、Nlli+、H:PO了等离子,湖水中尚含有有机物、腐蚀质等物质。水中这些离子要与矿物表面发生作川,也可与水中加入的浮选药剂发生作用,从而影响整个浮选过程。影响的程度和结果,要视具体情况而定,多数情况是有害的影响。因此,控制水的质量和水中含氧最,调整矿浆的离子组成,成为浮选过程的重要控制因素之一。 (龚焕高)
