钒渣的成分(按重量%)为:氧化钒—16~30,氧化硅—10~24,氧化锰—6~14,氧化铬—1~12,氧化钛—6~14,氧化钙—0.3~30.0,金属铁—2~20,氧化铁—其余;钒渣的矿物成分(按重量%)为:尖晶石—40~70,玻璃—2~10,辉石和橄榄石一其余,其中尖晶石晶粒具有规则的几何形状,晶粒尺寸为25~80微米。所得到的钒渣可以用来生产含钒的产品,如五氧化二钒及含钒的含金。
