In this paper thermoelectric material Ca3Co4O9 was prepared by solid reaction method with CaF2 doping.
采用CaF2掺杂固相烧结法制备了Ca3Co4O9热电材料,通过与纯样对比,讨论了掺杂与二次烧结工艺对其显微结构的影响,实验结果表明:掺杂CaF2有利于Ca3Co4O9片状晶体组织的生长,进行二次烧结,对Ca3Co4O9材料矿物的形成更为有利。
