color contrast
色彩对比法(Color eontrast)根据补色原理，让受术者凝视两种颜色之间的缝隙，使之逐渐进入催眠状态的催眠诱导法。实施时先准备一张长宽各2叫更米的灰色卡纸，分别贴上两条3.2厘米XS厘米的绿色与红色彩条，两色条之间相距让5厘米。然后，令受术者两眼盯着两色间的缝隙，深深地吸气，静静地呼气，反复进行。施术者同时一旁暗示:“绿色变得浓了，红色变得浓了，你是逐渐接受催眠才能感觉到的。你能在两色缝隙间着到新的颜色，盯住看，在绿色的内侧看到了红色，在红色的内侧看到了绿色，红色和绿色淹没了缝隙，时隐时现。你的意识开始恍恍惚惚，就要进入催眠了。’，通过暗示，受术者就会逐渐进入催眠状态。 (马维样撰李鸣果审)
