The principle and technological processes adopted in the revamping project of the desulphurization and dedusting devices of coal-burning boilers in Baosteel Special Steel Branch are introduced.
介绍了宝钢特殊钢分公司燃煤锅炉脱硫改造的原理及工艺流程:含有二氧化硫和烟尘的气体在主塔中旋转并与脱硫液充分接触,利用脱硫液中细小水滴去除烟气中的烟尘,利用氢氧化钠吸收烟气中的二氧化硫,从而使烟气得以净化;脱硫液中的氢氧化钠可用氢氧化钙在沉淀池中再生,从而使其在系统中不断循环,这样既可避免管网的堵塞又降低运行成本。
