性质:一种检验不锈钢和有关合金的耐孔蚀(包括缝隙腐蚀)性能的快速试验方法。试验溶液为6%三氯化铁。由于三氯化铁溶液中三价铁还原为二价铁的氧化还原电位很高,溶液酸性又很强,而且含有大量破坏钝化膜的氯离子,所以孔蚀速度很快。浸泡试验后根据失重、蚀孔数目、还度及尺寸来评价金属材料的耐孔蚀性能。
