性质:陶土也称黏土、高岭土、皂土、白土、瓷土。橡胶工业中用量最大的硅酸盐类填料。主要成分含水硅酸钠由高岭土微细晶体组成,是纯净黏土,分子式为A12O3·2SiO2·2H2O。生产方法有干法和湿法两种,产品有软、硬质之分。由天然陶土经风选、漂洗、溶解沉淀制得,呈浅灰色至灰黄色粉末。橡胶用陶土有国产特号、一号至四号瓷土五个品级。A12O3含量是一项重要指标。精制陶土,会提高A12O3含量,改善胶料的性能,一般可以作天然橡胶、合成橡胶、胶乳、树脂的补强填充剂。含陶土的胶料加工容易,压出物表面光滑,黏度高,挺性大和收缩率小。
