By analyzing the present situation of pulp and paper mills in China,the paper offers solutions to improve competitive advantage as follows:firstly,reduce product cost to get cost advantage;secondly,expand product differentiation to get differentiated advantage.

In order to find and establish the superiority of disparity for Guizhou s tourism,the paper takes the present situation of Guizhou s tourism as the starting point in consideration, uses the basic principle of the marketing difference and puts forward directing ideas and suggestions.

Furthermore,the dissertation also analyzes the compatibility of the advantage in differentiation and cost from foreign trade enterprises by applying the mode of E-commerce.

The result suggests that dual leadership behavior can help realize the amalgamation of low cost and differentiation competitive advantage through mediating role of cooperative technological innovation.
