Basing on Maxwell equations, we have used the Finite Integration Theory (FIT) and calculated electromagnetic field space distribution of microwave reactor in fixed space distribution of plasma, and distribution of plasma in fixed space distribution of electromagnetic field space distribution.
从麦克斯韦方程组出发,采用有限积分法计算出了微波反应腔中给定等离子体的空间分布时电磁场的分布情况,以及给定电磁场的空间分布时等离子体的分布情况,从而得到了微波反应腔中电磁场的稳定分布和影响等离子体放电位置的参数。

Based on the finite integration theory (FIT),electromagnetic field for a given spatial distribution of the plasma in rotational symmetric microwave reactor has been simulated.

HFSS(High Frequency Structure Simulator) was used to calculate the S parameter of the different structural microwave chemistry reactor made of rectangular waveguide resonator,while changing the structure dimension of the microwave chemistry reactor such as shape and dimensions of iris,diameter of reaction tube and thickness of reaction tube wall,material and positions of reaction tube.
改变矩形波导谐振腔微波化学反应器的结构尺寸如:耦合膜片的形状、尺寸,反应管的直径、管壁厚度、材料和位置,利用HFSS软件计算不同结构尺寸反应器的S参数,仿真的最优结果与实验结果一致,得到了最优结构尺寸的反应器。
