性质:先合成聚合物网络I,将单体Ⅱ、交联剂(如二乙烯基苯、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯等)、引发剂溶胀到网络Ⅰ中,再进行聚合产生相互贯穿的网络。大都采用光引发或热引发的本体及乳液聚合体系,通过自由基反应、缩聚反应制备。根据合成方法的不同和塑料、橡胶的比例以及分子的混合程度,可以制成韧性塑料、增强弹性体或适用于宽温度范围阻尼复合物的皮革状材料。还有一种是填充IPN,通过加填料到第一聚合物网络中而制成。分步IPN的形态呈细胞状,第一交联网为胞壁,起控制作用,第二交联网构成细胞核。细胞大小和形状取决于两组分的组成、用量、交联密度和二者的相容性。分步IPN的主要缺点是它的热固性给加工带来很大困难。
