闭合性跟腱断裂

踝关节于背伸70°位起跳发力时,小腿三头肌突然猛烈收缩,在跟腱离止点以上4cm的狭窄部发生断裂。常见于体操、篮球及羽毛球运动员。伤时局部多有被踩踏或打击感和响声,随即疼痛、提踵乏力,皮下淤血,步行困难。跟腱断裂处出现塌陷,近侧断端处可摸到隆起的肌腹。Thompson试验阳性。X线软组织摄片和干板摄片都可见断端影像。手术修补是目前最合理的方法。马尾状斜行断裂者可直接断端缝合。横断或陈旧断裂者,局部缝合外,自近端取腱瓣向下翻转缝合加固。
