In this paper,we are the first to introduce part pair distribution function g(r)and part reduced ratial distribution function G(r) ;We consider not that it is Random distribution that distribution of atoms in Fe and B in amorphous Fe100-x Bx alloy ,it is a statistcal distribution; according to this distribution,difinition of chemical short-range order is given by us.
用偏双体分布函数给出了化学短程序的定义和化学短程序参量的表述式,用偏约化径向分布函数讨论了化学短程序变化的动力学特性,从而闸明了类金属B影响居里温度Tc的原因;B原子含量的变化影响非晶态Fe_(100-x)B_x合金中异类原子共价键和同类原子金属键的形成;这两种键是化学短程序变化的驱动力;化学短程序的变化促使Tc的变化。

The effects of chemical short-range order on the formation and thermal stability of Al-based amorphous alloys had been studied.
本文利用X射线衍射、示差扫描量热分析和高分辨透射电镜等分析方法,选择具有准晶形成特点的Al-Fe基合金和具有典型失稳分解特征的Al-Zn基合金为研究对象,对Al-Fe-Ce和Al-Zn-Ce非晶合金的微观结构、玻璃形成能力、晶化行为和热稳定性等进行了研究,探讨了化学短程序对铝基非晶合金的形成和热稳定性的影响。

短程序Short range order凝聚态物质中质点(原子、分子或离子)在短距离内排列的规律性。又称短程有序、近程有序。所谓短距离是指仅几倍于有序单位(如配位多面体)的尺寸。超出此距离时,有序性逐渐消失而趋于无序。短程序是玻璃和熔体的重要特征。 (姚连增)
