针对液态浸渗挤压复合材料成形过程实施难度大、工艺参数和成形过程难以控制的现存问题,以PCI数据采集控制卡为核心,采用LabVIEW软件设计开发了工艺实时监控系统;实现了对工艺过程中重要参数的在线采集、显示与存储,利用该监控系统进行液固挤压复合材料实验,基本实现了对温度等关键工艺参数的过程控制;实验结果表明了该系统的可靠性,从而为真空吸渗挤压复合材料工艺的实际应用奠定了基础。
