【性状】
本品为白色冻干块状物。
【鉴别】
取本品，加水制成每1ml中约含800单位的溶液，照糜蛋白酶项下的鉴别 试验，显相同的反应。
【检查】
酸度 取本品5支，分别加水2ml溶解后，合并，混匀，依法测定（附录 Ⅵ H），pH值应为5.5～6.5。 溶液的颜色 取本品，加水2ml溶解后，溶液应几乎无色。 干燥失重 取本品约0.2g，以五氧化二磷为干燥剂，在60℃减压干燥4小时，减失重 量不得过8.0％（附录Ⅷ L）。 其他 除装量差异不检查外，应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。
【效价测定】
取本品3支，分别加0.0012mol/L盐酸溶液溶解并使成每1ml中含12～ 16单位的溶液，照糜蛋白酶项下的方法测定，并按下式计算。每支的效价均应符合规定； 若有1支不符合规定，另取3支复试，均应符合规定。 A2－A1 含糜蛋白酶量(1％)＝─────────×100％ 0.0075TM 式中 A2为直线上开始的吸收度； A1为直线上终止的吸收度； T为A2至A1读数的时间，分； M为测定液中糜蛋白酶的标示效价，单位； 0.0075为在上述条件下，吸收度每分钟改变0.0075，即相当于1个糜蛋白酶 单位。
