铝稀综合矿是由钙红土中的粘土矿物经风化阶段的淋滤脱硅的矿物转变 ,稀有稀土被吸附而富集 ,和沉积阶段水浸脱硅的矿物转变和沉积 ,稀有稀土氧化物被转变矿物所夹固和包裹而成 ;沉积场所为古陆边缘半封闭———封闭沉积盆地的斜坡地段 ,为进一步找矿指出了方向。
