In this paper a new repairing technology to repair carbon brakes by in—situ carbon compensation integral bonding was showed.
采用原位炭补强整体粘接修复飞机炭刹车盘的方法,与国外常用的"二合一"铆接修复方法相比,不改变Dunlop炭刹车盘材料的摩擦特性,对母体材料的密度、硬度、表面孔率,经加工过的影响也不明显,但其导热系数比"二合一"铆接炭刹车盘材料提高了30%,改善了飞机炭刹车盘材料修复后的整体性,可靠性和安全性,是一种技术创新的修复方法,除用于B757—200飞机炭刹车盘材料的维修外,还用于其他型号飞机炭刹车盘材料的维修。
补充资料：刹车盘
刹车目前有碟刹和鼓刹，老一些的车很多都是前碟后鼓的。现在的车很多前后都是碟刹的。因为碟刹的制动效果好。散热好。价格也比鼓刹贵。所以现在很多低档的车子仍用鼓刹。碟刹的刹车盘就是一个园的盘子，车子行进时它也是转动的。刹车片就是两片夹住刹车盘的东西。它是固定的。踩刹车时就是它夹住刹车盘起到减速或者停车的作用。
鼓刹是密封的，形状像鼓状，在国内也有很多叫刹车锅。行车时它是转动的。鼓刹里边固定有两个弧形或者是半圆的刹车片。踩刹车时两个刹车片用力外张，摩擦着刹车鼓的内壁来起到减速或者停车的作用。
