ER410 welding wire selected and appropriate welding process should be taken,repair welding onsite of turbine diaphragm stationary blades,which material is 1Cr13.
针对汽轮机隔板静叶片出现的裂纹,对隔板静叶片的材料进行了焊接分析,提出了焊接方案,并对裂纹实施焊接,焊后进行修磨、检查,经检验证实选用ER410型焊丝、采用合适的焊接工艺,能成功地解决材质为1Cr13的汽轮机隔板静叶片的现场热补焊。
