性质:用热浸镀方法在钢表面形成的镀铝层。钢件浸入700~730℃的熔融铝液中,表面生成铝铁化合物,同时一部分铝原子渗入钢铁基体形成扩散层。为使镀层与基体金属牢固结合,一般在热浸后还要进行一次900~980℃的高温处理,使镀层软熔扩散,形成合金层。镀层具有优良的耐大气腐蚀性、抗高温氧化性和抗高温硫腐蚀性能。在石油、化工、能源、海洋工程等领域广泛应用。
