主料
中虾1斤7两(约980克),鲜橙7个,青苹果、香蕉、芒果、蜜瓜、菠萝、无核葡萄、熟红萝卜共12两(约480克),千岛汁1汤匙,沙律酱1/4杯,橙皮、青色蔬菜丝各少许。
做法
1、将鲜橙上部近三分之一处横剖开,用匙轻轻挖出果肉,以下截果皮为盒,备用。
2、橙肉、鲜果肉均切成粗粒,加入葡萄粒,搅匀后放冰箱冷藏备用。
3、中虾去头,挑除背肠,原只洗净,用竹签穿入虾身里使其笔直,用沸水烫熟,待凉后去壳,置冰箱内。
4、把千岛汁与沙律酱调匀,取约2/3量与杂果再拌匀,分放于橙盒内,上放虾肉,最后加上其余的酱汁,放在铺以绿菜丝的碟中即可。
