针对大型光学非球面制造难度大的缺点,根据非球面的轴对称性,在对非球面方程及曲率分析基础上,采用简便的二轴联动超精密磨削机床,给出两种砂轮加工光学非球面的几何模型,分析了形成光学非球面造型误差的主要影响参数,并通过计算机仿真,得到一系列有价值的结果,即:(1)调整平行砂轮安装角以获得最大行程,可明显提高加工效率和精度;(2)为提高加工精度与效率,在保证砂轮形状精度前提下,带角圆砂轮应采用较大的角圆半径;(3)在加工效率、精度以及质量的稳定性上,带角圆砂轮比平行砂轮有显著的优势;(4)平行砂轮加工成本低,在缓变非球面的粗磨阶段,可用其以较小的安装角度达到加工要求。

2、工作前,检查两侧油缸的油量,如油量不够,应及时加油;加油时,严防砂子进入油箱,决不许用砂子围住加油口加油。
3、鄂板下部有积砂顶住鄂板时,须清除积砂后再生产。
4、下箱造型机在翻转过程中,靠近设备正前方不要站人,以免发生人身事故。
5、根据生产需要,可调节震击司气伐,以改变震击高度。
6、工作后,清除机座上积砂时,首先开动起模翻转伐,使活塞升到最高位置,在翻转工作台与震击工作台之间垫上支撑物,然后清除积砂。在清理过程中,任何人不得扳动伐门,以免发生人身事故。
