原料:鸡腿肉250g、芥蓝50g、姜、葱、蒜片各少许。
做法:
将鸡腿肉用盐(最好用花椒盐来腌)30分钟,取出切片。芥蓝切片后焯水,用汤煨过,爆香后装入盘中。取平底锅一只,锅内下底油下葱、姜、蒜片爆香,然后咸鸡腿片煎至二面金黄色,取出,另取炒锅,与芥蓝爆炒即成。
特点:口感咸香滑口、荤素相间,适宜家庭制作。
