农村饮水安全工程:按照水质、水量、用水方便程度等指标衡量,目前全国尚有3亿多农村人口(中西部地区占80%)饮水未达到安全标准。2005年,国家启动了农村饮水安全应急工程,要在两年内解决2120万农村人口饮水安全问题。目前,国家发展和改革委员会正会同水利部、卫生部等有关部门抓紧编制《%26#8220;十一五%26#8221;农村饮水安全建设规划》,确保在%26#8220;十一五%26#8221;期间解决1亿农村人口饮用高氟水、高砷水、苦咸水、污染水和血吸虫病区、微生物超标等水质不达标以及局部地区严重缺水的问题。
