性质:指硫化加热的热能,即蒸汽、热空气、热水、红外线、电热等。饱和蒸汽是橡胶制品硫化应用最广的热能,其热量大,导热效率高,改变蒸汽压力即可准确地调节加热温度。用热空气加热硫化的好处是加热温度不受压力的影响,产品硫化时不接触水蒸气,硫化后表面光亮,缺点是导热率很低,硫化时间长,且易被氧化。用过热水作硫化热能的优点是能保持较高温度并提供较大压力。主要用于外胎硫化,将过热水注入水胎中,以1.96MPa以上的压力及160~170℃的高温,从轮胎内侧对轮胎加压加热。用电热、红外线及微波加热硫化,成本高但可不用蒸汽设备,无燃料污染,适用于特定的产品硫化工艺。
