Method:Defferential RT PCR was used to co-amplify the target CVB RNA gene,to determine the level of CVB replication quantitatively and to evaluate the therapeutic effect of momordicin on CVB 3 infection in vitro.
方法 采用差示逆转录 -聚合酶链反应 ,共同扩增柯萨奇B组病毒 (CVB)目的基因和参照模板Mmyogene ,建立一种检测CVB复制水平的定量方法 ,并对苦瓜素体外抗CVB3感染疗效进行初步评价。
