Through analyzing the status and causes of early breakage of cathode lining about 320 kA large-scale prebaked Aluminum electrolytic pot, this paper, in light of baking start-up, management of last stage and technical administration, briefly illustrates how to prevent such breakage to prolong the lifetime of electrolytic pot.

On the basis of 300kA large prebaked cell for aluminum-reduction,we systematicly studied on all sorts of equation to manage in the starting-up later time ect.
