制法: （1）干地参斩成2.5厘米长段，锅不放油，用小火将白芝麻炒香后备用。
（2）在同一炒锅内加入3碗沙拉油，烧至五分热，放入地参，转中火，将地参炸至体积膨胀约1倍、呈金黄色时，捞出沥干。
（3）将调料全放入炒锅内，炒至完全融匀后，将地参放入，洒上白芝麻，翻炒拌匀即可。
