什么是碱性食物
众所周知,食物可分为碱性食物和酸性食物两个大类,人们进食必须酸碱食物搭配才能维持体内血液酸碱度即ph值的平衡。所谓酸性和碱性食物,并非由口感或味觉来识别,主要是看食物被机体吸收氧化后所蕴含的化学元素来作为鉴别的依据。大凡含氮、硫、磷等非金属元素较多的则为酸性食品,而含钠、钾、钙、镁等金属元素较多的乃是碱性食品。并非味道酸的就是酸性食品,比如醋是酸的,柑、梅、杏等水果也是酸的,但它们非但不是酸性食品,恰恰相反,却是典型的碱性食品。又如粮食、糖果、糕点、鱼、猪肉及其他动物肉类等,则不是碱性食品,全都属于酸性食品。
