In order to improve the fatigue life of 2Cr13 martensite stainless steel receivers used in vehicle scale,the failure characteristics and stress profile of the receivers were investigated by microstructure analysis and finite element calculation.
为提高汽车衡用2Cr13马氏体不锈钢连接件使用寿命,采用显微组织观察和有限元技术分析了连接件的失效特征和应力分布,对其热处理工艺进行了改进,通过力学性能试验、应力腐蚀试验和疲劳试验等对比了连接件热处理工艺的改进效果。
