The results showed that TiC particle was firstly generated below 1 273 K and then transformed into Al 4C 3 with prolonging holding time while Al 4C 3 would be decomposed into TiC again over 1 573 K.
结果表明 ,在制备Al Ti C合金过程中 ,温度低于 12 73K先生成TiC粒子 ,随着保温时间的延长TiC转变成为Al4C3 ;但温度升高到 15 73K以上时 ,Al4C3 会分解重生成TiC。
