性质:即指茂金属催化剂。传统烯烃聚合用齐格勒-纳塔催化剂,具有多种活性中心,使聚合产品分子量分布宽,用于丙烯聚合时,产品中同时含有等规结构和无规结构产物。而茂金属催化剂活性中心单一。聚合产物分子量分布很窄(Mw/Mn约为2)。共聚时组成分布也窄。丙烯聚合时产物也单一,因而被称为单活性中心催化剂。
