【来源】
为马兜铃科植物茨菇叶细辛的全株。
【植物形态】
茨菇叶细辛 多年生草本，有特殊的辛香气。根茎短，节密，须根多。叶2～3片，三角状心形，肉质，有白色或淡绿色斑块，先端渐尖，基部深凹如耳状。花单生，花柄极短，贴近地面，淡酱红色；萼钟状，3裂，辐射对称，宿存；雄蕊12，排成2轮，花丝短。子房6室。蒴果。 生山谷溪边、林下较肥沃阴湿之处。分布广西、广东、湖北、新疆及东北等地。
【采集】
4～10月采挖。
【性味】
湖北《中草药土方土法战备专辑》："辛，温，有毒。"
【功用主治】
发汗，祛痰，止痛，消肿。治感冒头痛，咳喘痰多，牙痛，口舌生疮，跌打损伤。 ①《广西药植名录》："祛风，发汗，行气，消肿，祛痰止血。治感冒头痛，齿痛，口舌疮，跌打，蛇伤。" ②《广西植物目录》："发汗，祛痰，上痛。治感冒，牙痛，咳喘痰多。"
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，3～5分。外用：捣敷、研末撒或吹鼻。
【选方】
①治风寒头痛：土细辛三至五分。水煎服。 ②治中暑发痧：鲜土细辛叶7片，捣烂冲开水灌服；或用根研末，吹入鼻中。 ③治口舌生疮：土细辛、黄连各等分，研细末撒患处。 ④治跌打损伤：鲜土细辛，捣烂敷患处。(选方出湖北《中草药土方土法战备专辑》)
