In this paper, UV-excited luminescence spectra, upconversion luminescence spectra, Near-infrared luminescence spectra, UV-Vis absorption spectra were used to study the preparation process and luminescence behavior of Er~(3+) ions doped or Er~(3+) and Yb~(3+) co-doped oxyfluoride glass ceramics.

Spectroscopic properties of Pr3+ doped LaF3 nanocrystals/oxyfluoride glass ceramics were studied, Pr3+ ions in LaF3 nanocrystals and in oxyfluoride glass were distinguished by laser selective excitation, and there aren′t obvious interface effect, which is maybe a advantaged factor for luminescence.
研究了Pr3+掺杂纳米晶 氟氧化物玻璃陶瓷的光谱性质,选择激发光谱分辨了氟氧化物玻璃陶瓷和其中的LaF3纳米微晶内的Pr3+离子,可以看到LaF3纳米微晶 氟氧化物玻璃陶瓷体系在光谱上未表现出明显的界面效应,这对良好的发光性质可能是一种有利因素。
