制法：
（1）将冬瓜、柚子皮切成手指大小、形状不同的条或片，再在上面雕刻各种花草鸟兽，组成各种吉祥如意的图案。
（2）用稀释的石灰水浸泡雕好的冬瓜皮及柚子皮，去除生涩苦味，再与青铜、明矾同用文火煮沸返青，保持新鲜脆嫩；沥干水后，加适量白糖、蜂蜜和桂花香精拌匀，反复曝晒，使之透明如玉。
（3）饮用时，抓几片放进滚沸的茶水中冲泡，即成浓郁香甜的万花茶。
特点：雕刻精巧，花色繁多，香甜浓郁，开胃生津。
