做法

猪皮500克,去毛,洗净,加水适量,炖煮成粘稠的羹汤。再加红枣250克,煮熟。可加冰糖适量,分顿随量佐餐食用。

备注

本羹可治疗血小板减少、血友病、鼻出血、牙龈出血、紫癜等症。对溶血性贫血、再生障碍性贫血、缺铁性贫血均可适用。若加入胡萝卜丝则效果更好。这是因为胡萝卜中含有的胡萝卜素在体内可转为维生素a的缘故。
